About Us
Here at TKO: HQ we believe that Martial Arts are applicable for everyone and is one of the best educators for life. It can be used to help propel your life whether your goal is to get fit, learn a new skill or even self-defence.
About You
We understand how daunting it can be for beginners to get started. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming environment for people of all abilities. If you have never practiced Martial Arts before, we will point you in the right direction in order to hit your goals.
What We Provide
We have a range of disciplines for people to try their hand (or feet) at. These include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Muay Thai. We plan to continue adding more classes with more disciplines onto our time table.
Our favourite feature is that we provide an open gym format throughout the whole day and we have even implemented a “buddy system” making it easy for you to find some training partners.

Doors close one hour before closing time. This means if you want to train, you need to be here at least one hour before closing.
